My vision is that you FIND YOUR GROOVE and live in a way that soothes your soul and ignites your passion. The first step is self-awareness, for without knowing and loving who you are right now you won’t be able to chart a course for who you want to become.

when you are able to truly know yourself, embody the knowing within your physical body and shift your energy, then your true potential is at your fingertips.

Private Guidance & Mentoring

1:1 sessions are for you if you are ready to take the drivers seat in overcoming obstacles to your goals and achieving goals. Perfect if for bespoke solutions, private space and you don’t vibe with group events. 

Workshops

Workshops are a great way to learn and heal while connect to others who are experiencing similar issues as you. A blend of theory, energetic practices and takeaway tools. 

Retreats

Meet Kim 

After spending over 20 years working in criminal justice I realised I started to question my purpose and my self-identity. On the outside I was capable, calm and confident. On the inside I was chronically anxious, feeling disconnected, lonely and with a deep yearning for purpose. 

I had created a persona that kept me separated from true connection with myself from the mistaken belief that this was keeping me safe, whilst in reality I had dimmed my light. As I began to accept myself and  embrace my gifts and my shadows I felt the call to speak my truth and live my dharma (purpose).

I draw on my background in psychology, organisational performance improvement and studies of neuroscience and yogic philosophy to share ideas, actionable strategies and guidance to help solopreneurs and small business owners like you discover greater self-awareness, psychological wellbeing and confidence in business and in life.

Yes, I am a work in progress. I still overthink, struggle with ADHD tendencies, and am super awkward in social situations. But I do know that if I can find more peace, confidence and healing so can you. With the right tools, techniques and support you can find the …
